摘要:

通过1例床突段多发大动脉瘤患者发生预后不良结局的情况,进行护理工作的反思探讨,从基本综合护理、电解质及内分泌激素的管理及观察、精准化分时分段出入量管理、有效安全引流量控制管理、术后合理镇静镇痛、血压及颅内压管理、并发症早期预防、建立健全护理疑难特殊病例术前讨论制度、薄弱环节管理等方面进行全方位的改进并完善。旨在提高专科护理水平,通过学习,提高护理人员病情观察的全面性、及时性、客观性,达到由概括性专科护理到个案化精细化护理的转变。

Abstract:

Based on the poor prognosis of a patient with multiple large aneurysms in the bed-process segment, the nursing work was introspect and discussed. The basic comprehensive nursing, management and observation of electrolytes, precise tumble piecewise discrepancy quantity management, effective and safe drainage control and management, reasonable postoperative sedation and analgesia, blood pressure and intracranial pressure management, early prevention of complications, establishment and perfection of the preoperative discussion of special cases of nursing problems, and weak links were improved overall. The aim is to increase the level of specialized nursing, to improve the comprehensiveness, timeliness, and objectivity of nursing staff's observation of illness through learning, and to achieve the transformation from general specialized nursing to individual intensive nursing.
