Effects of different enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays in detecting hepatitis C antibody

不同酶联免疫吸附法检测丙肝抗体的效果

Abstract: Objective To study the effects of different enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA) in detecting hepatitis C antibody. Methods Eighty male hepatitis C patients who were 20-65 years old and who were admitted to hospitals at Luohu District from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected. According to the detection methods, they were divided into a conventional group (40 cases), detected by the indirect ELISA, and an experimental group (40 cases), detected by the double antigen sandwich ELISA. The test results of the two groups were compared and analyzed. The independent-sample t and χ2 test were applied. Results There were 8 anti-viral hepatitis C (HCV) positive samples, and the positive detection rate was 87.50% (7/8) in the experimental group, and was 25.00% (2/8) in the conventional group; there were 72 anti-HCV negative samples, and the negative detection rate was 97.22% (70/72) in the experimental group, and was 83.33% (60/72) in the conventional group; there were statistical differences between these two groups (χ2=6.349 2 and 7.912 1; P=0.011 7 and 0.004 9). The sensitivity, specificity, and positive and negative predictive values in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group, with statistical differences (all P<0.05). Conclusion The double antigen sandwich ELISA has high specificity and sensitivity in the detection of hepatitis C antibody, so it can provide reference data for disease treatment and prognosis improvement, and is worth being generalized.

摘要: 目的 研究用不同酶联免疫吸附法(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)检测丙型肝炎(简称丙肝)抗体的效果。方法 选取深圳市罗湖区辖区医院2019年6月至2021年6月收治的20~65岁男性80例丙肝患者血清,根据检测方式分为常规组(间接ELISA法,40例)和试验组血清(双抗原夹心ELISA法,40例),比较分析两组检测结果。采用独立样本t检验和χ2检验。结果 抗-丙型病毒性肝炎(viral hepatitis C,HCV)阳性标本有8份,试验组阳性检出率为87.50%(7/8),常规组阳性检出率为25.00%(2/8);抗-HCV阴性标本有72份,试验组阴性检出率为97.22%(70/72),常规组阴性检出率为83.33%(60/72);两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(χ2=6.349 2、7.912 1,P=0.011 7、0.004 9)。试验组灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值及阴性预测值均高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 双抗原夹心ELISA法检测丙肝抗体具有较高的特异度、灵敏度,可为疾病治疗提供参考数据,达到改善预后作用,值得推广。
