Research progress on relationship between forkhead box family and endometrial carcinoma

叉头框家族与子宫内膜癌的相关性研究进展

Abstract: Endometrial carcinoma is one of the most common malignant tumors in women, and its pathogenesis has not been fully understood. In order to better prevent and treat endometrial cancer and achieve early detection, diagnosis, and treatment, we need to further study its possible pathogenesis. As a group of highly conserved DNA binding domain structure, forkhead box transcription factor's proteinfunction involves in apoptosis, cycle regulation, immune regulation, embryonic development, and biological aging process. It plays an important role in endometrial cancer, breast cancer, renal cell carcinoma, colon cancer, and lymphatic tumors. In recent years, it has been highly concerned by scholars. In this paper, we systematically reviewed the research status of the forkhead box transcription factor family related to endometrial cancer, in order to provide references for the further study of the forkhead box transcription factor family in the pathogenesis, clinical treatment, and prognosis prediction of endometrial cancer.

摘要: 子宫内膜癌作为女性常见恶性肿瘤之一,其发病机制尚未完全明确。为了更好地预防及治疗子宫内膜癌,做到早发现、早诊断、早治疗,就需要我们进一步的研究其可能存在的相关发病机制。叉头框转录因子作为一组高度保守的DNA结合结构域,其蛋白功能涉及细胞凋亡、周期调控、免疫调节、胚胎发育及生物老化等过程,在子宫内膜癌、乳腺癌、肾细胞癌、结肠癌、淋巴系统肿瘤等中发挥重要作用,近年来受到学者的高度关注。本文通过对子宫内膜癌相关的叉头框转录因子家族研究现状进行系统综述,以期为叉头框家族在子宫内膜癌发病机制、临床治疗及预后预测等的进一步研究提供参考依据。
