Abstract: Objective　To identify the risk of patients in the closed and controlled areas, and to develop regional and hierarchical management strategies. Methods　Based on the requirements of COVID-19's prevention and control, combined with the experience of the previous isolation ward and the situation of admission in our hospital, we established a standardized mode of patient identification from risk to district management. Results　An accurate prevention and control mode from admission process to ward hierarchical management was constructed. During the 21 days of the closure period, the isolated ward achieved "zero infection and zero missed diagnosis", 159 patients were successfully treated and shunted, and 9 green channel operations were performed. Conclusion　According to the risk level of patients in the isolation ward, effective prevention and control can optimize the patients' admission process and speed up the turnover.

摘要： 目的　对封控区域内患者来源进行风险识别，构建分区分级管理策略。方法　基于新型冠状病毒疫情防控要求，结合先前建设隔离病房的经验以及广州中医药大学第二附属医院所在地区的收治情况，建立患者从风险识别到分区分级管理的规范模式。结果　构建了从收治流程到病房分级管理的精准防控模式，封控期间的21 d隔离病区实现了“零感染、零漏诊”，成功收治并分流了159例患者，绿色通道手术9台。结论　隔离病区内针对患者风险等级，有效做出相应防控及管理，能够优化患者的收治流程，加快周转。
