Abstract:

Pancreatic duct stones are often accompanied by chronic pancreatitis, and they are mutually causal. The clinical incidence is low, and multiple pancreatic duct stones are rarer. Binzhou Medical University Hospital admitted a 43-year-old male patient with multiple pancreatic duct stones in June 2020. Misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis often cause serious consequences, even induce cancer, so early detection, early diagnosis, and immediate treatment should be done as far as possible. Its diagnosis mainly depends on imaging examination. Different examination methods have their advantages and disadvantages. Ultrasound inspection is easy, economical, non-invasive, repeatable, and easy to popularize, and has real-time dynamic observation of the conditions. With the improvement of ultrasound examination technology and the accumulation of experience, it is worth for taking it as the first clinical choice as the routine method to screen multiple pancreatic duct stones, so as to provide reliable diagnostic basis for clinical treatment as soon as possible.

摘要：

胰管结石常伴有慢性胰腺炎的发病，两者互为因果，临床上发病率相对较低，较少出现胰管多发结石的情况。本文对2020年6月滨州医学院附属医院收治的1例43岁男性胰管多发结石患者进行报道并文献复习。对于此疾病应尽量做到早发现、早诊断、早治疗，误诊或漏诊后往往会造成严重的后果，甚至诱发胰腺组织癌变。它的诊断主要靠医学影像检查技术来实现，各种不同的检查方式各有长处，也各有不足。超声检查具有操作简单易行、经济无创、可重复检查、实时动态观察病情且容易普及等优势，随着超声检查技术的提高和经验的积累，值得临床首选作为常规手段筛查胰管多发结石，尽早地为临床治疗提供可靠的诊断依据。
